A Georgian home, stripped back to bare bricks with new underfloor heating, windows, doors, skirtings, architraves, and re plastered throughout. In addition, roofing, re pointing, replacement wall ties, complete re-wire of electrics, a new plumbing and heating system, new kitchen & bathrooms to be curated with bespoke handcrafted plumbing by our engineers, as well as a wraparound patio to the external landscaping.

An eccentric house which underwent a single storey front and two storey rear extension with bifolds – opening the downstairs area allowing for natural light to fill the property. We also carried out internal alterations, hard landscaping poolside, decking to the patio area,  including a new pergola structure, a spacious sun terrace and a beautifully handcrafted oak framed entrance.

This once historic home, has been gifted a new lease of life! All walls stripped back entirely and re plastered, new windows installed, and the space made more desirable by knocking down some internal walls and adding an extension to the rear of the property, offering an attractive light filled hub. Both the staircase and bathroom were completely remodelled.

This home had a new double detached garage built, single storey side & rear extension with skylights, along with full interior refurb, and external landscaping. We also laid a new rear and side patio with vegetable planters and a stunning resin driveway.

 Somewhat a completely new build. This house underwent a full renovation and single storey extension to the rear of the property. The space created an enviable open plan living, kitchen and dining hub. The new extension at the rear of the property is now filled with natural light from the roof lights, and bi-folds lead to a new patio and landscaped garden – with artificial grass and wood chipped areas.

We converted the attic to this home by ways of a full loft conversion, whereby we installed two further bedrooms and a bathroom. The remaining property was entirely refurbished throughout to a very high standard.
